When this layout helps
Choose Right Sidebar if you prefer your career narrative on the left and supporting details on the right. It uses the same content groups as Sidebar; changing sides does not change the information available.
What belongs in the prominent areas
Keep your name, headline, Profile summary and career sections in the wide left column. The narrow right column holds contact details and Skills. Section ordering stays within each column, so Education and Projects remain in the main column.

Why this works: The fictional entry names two contributions instead of just claiming excellent communication. Put the most relevant evidence early in the description so the wide column earns its space.
