When this layout helps
Choose Classic when your relevant work history needs the most space. Its single column keeps role descriptions together; if you are starting out, move Education or Projects above Experience rather than padding a short work history.
What belongs in the prominent areas
Use the header for your name, a focused professional headline and contact details. Follow a short Profile with your strongest relevant section. List roles from newest to oldest so progression is easy to follow.

Why this works: The role and dates establish context; the description names a task, its source and its purpose. It gives evidence for reporting and coordination without inventing a percentage improvement. In your CV, use only work you actually did.
Education: keep a supporting entry concise
