About LadderReady
The service
LadderReady is a CV and resume service operated by James Ross, a registered freelancer in Bulgaria. LadderReady is the service name, not a separately registered company or legal entity.
It helps you organise your career information in a Master Profile, create independently editable CVs for different applications and download PDFs. You can start from supported DOCX, text-based PDF or LinkedIn files, or enter your information manually.
The core CV-building experience and downloads with free designs remain free, without watermarks. Pro designs and AI tools are optional; AI analysis uses credits. Pricing
Our guidance and external sources
LadderReady guides offer practical suggestions and instructions for using the service. Named external references provide their own advice or product documentation; they do not endorse LadderReady. Conventions differ by employer and market, so follow the application instructions and check the source for its own scope.
LadderReady’s European-style template is an original design, not the official Europass CV. LinkedIn imports use files you supply rather than a live LinkedIn connection. Examples labelled fictional are teaching aids, not testimonials. No guide or template guarantees an interview, job offer or result from recruitment software.
